RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following items are prohibited for sale, trade or giveaway.
We reserve the right to modify the list without notice.
Violators will be kindly asked to leave ... and not return!
FOOD and/or DRINK PRODUCTS are prohibited
You are not allowed to sell any food or drink products, including samples of pre-packaged goods.
(Giving away free samples is NOT allowed.)
Home Grown fruits and vegetables ARE allowed.
NO PETS or SALE OF ANY TYPE OF ANIMALS ALLOWED.
This INCLUDES giving away animals.
The ONLY exception is Service Animals.
Please leave your pets at home. You are not allowed to have them in your space or your vehicle.
You MUST be in an assigned vendor spot to sell.
You cannot walk around and sell items.
NO advertising of any kind without prior written approval
NO Hand Guns, NO Black Powder, NO Assault-Type Weapons, NO Toy Guns or ANYTHING capable of shooting projectiles, , No Paintball Guns, NO Ammunition, NO arrows, NO handheld crossbows, NO Fireworks, NO Drug Paraphernalia, NO porn (or related paraphernalia), NO Bootlegged or copyright infringement items are allowed to be sold.
Vendors will be responsible for any damages to the property.
Vendors with specific name brand products are on
first come first purchased basis.
Products including, but not limited to: Paparazzi Jewelry, Tupperware and Scentsy and so on.
Unless deemed unsafe by management,
all vendor booths must remain set up rain or shine for
the duration of the advertised event.
